This is a yummy, simple cheese ball recipe that has a hint of ranch and comes together very quickly.
It’s perfect for social gatherings, family get-togethers, or just snacking at home. Serve it in a ball form, or in a bowl as a dip. Try to set it out about 15 minutes before serving to give it a little time to soften up. Otherwise, the crackers will just break, and that’s maddening.

Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 pkg. (or 2 Tb.) ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
-

-

-
Slowly stir in the cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
-
Serve in ball form or as a dip. Serve with your favorite cracker and enjoy! Refrigerate any leftovers.
Recipe Notes
- Use real mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip.
- Set out your cream cheese 30-45 minutes before preparing to let it soften.
- Before serving, set cheese ball out of fridge about 15 minutes before to give it time to soften so the crackers won’t break.
